Is a sociologist at the Catholic University of Asuncion (UCA) and specialist in Social Sciences at the Latin American Faculty of Social Sciences (FLACSO) in Paraguay. In addition, he has a Masters in History from the National University of Asunción (UNA) and a PhD in Social Sciences from the University of Buenos Aires (UBA). He is a professor at the Faculty of Philosophy and Human Sciences at UCA.
